Claudia Padilla

Registered Dental Assistant, RDA

"My name is Claudia and I started school in 2013 to learn all about the dental industry. I've been working with Dr.Tran since 2014. Seeing all the work she has done for her patients and how satisfied they were made me trust her and feel comfortable working with her. I myself got braces at the office and I am very happy with the results. Working in the dental field is something I love because seeing someone's smile change is an amazing experience to be part of. My job is to help patients feel more comfortable coming to the dentist, feel more confident with their smile, and to educate them about the procedures they need. Dr.Tran always sits down and talks to our patients one on one to go more into detail about the treatment that needs to get done. We always find a way to make our patients understand everything we explain with pictures and models. With the way Dr.Tran and I work in the back I know our patients will return to the office knowing they are in good hands. Outside of work I love to go hiking, play volleyball, and spend time with my friends and loved ones."

Alondra Sorriano

My name is Alondra Soriano, and I am a Dental Assistant at Dr. Tran’s Dental Office. My goal is to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and satisfied during their visit. I take pride in providing gentle, compassionate care and contributing to a positive experience for everyone who comes into our office.

I enjoy building meaningful connections with patients and helping them feel relaxed and stress-free throughout their appointments. Being part of a team that helps patients achieve healthy, confident smiles is truly rewarding to me.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends and participating in fun activities together

Michelle Rodas

Front Office Administrator

My name is Michelle Rodas, and I have admired Dr. Tran’s dedication to her patients since I was young. As a longtime patient of the practice, I have always appreciated the welcoming environment and the genuine care shown to everyone who walks through the door. After completing my orthodontic treatment here and being extremely happy with my results, I was motivated to join the team.

In my role, I assist both clinically and at the front desk, where I help schedule appointments, coordinate patient visits, and ensure the office runs smoothly. I also take pride in helping patients better understand their treatment plans and answering any questions they may have so they feel informed and confident about their care.

I am currently studying to become a dental hygienist, driven by my experience working alongside Dr. Tran and my passion for providing quality patient care.

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and playing the piano.
